Standard Insurance Company received “excellent” and “very good” ratings – the highest ratings possible – in a recent independent survey of producers. JHA, a leader in disability reinsurance, consulting and research, surveyed group disability insurance brokers in 23 key satisfaction areas. The Standard exceeded the industry average in 19 of them, including “overall experience with the carrier.”
In addition to the high ratings for overall experience, The Standard also received “excellent” and “very good” ratings and exceeded the industry average for:
- being easy to work with,
- plan design flexibility, and
- attentiveness of sales rep.
The Standard also surpassed the industry average in areas such as:
- overall quality of the product relative to cost,
- timeliness of proposal submission,
- overall experience working with sales rep,
- ease of installing a new case,
- carriers overall claim service, and
- ability to handle account issues when they arise.
